All orders are shipped as letter mail and are not trackable. Do you want an order shipped as registered mail with tracking, please reach out by email before placeing the order. We do not offer refunds for lost parcels sent as letter mail.

Return Policy

If you want to return any goods bought from Flight you have your full right to do so, but you will have to cover the shipping cost (both ways).
